 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

BiN Sharry offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for eligible orders.

To reduce fake, unverified, and fraudulent orders, customers choosing Cash on Delivery may be required to pay a non-refundable advance amount of PKR 300 as a delivery confirmation fee before their order is processed and dispatched.

The advance payment will be adjusted against delivery-related expenses and serves as confirmation of the customer's intent to receive the order.

Bin Sharry reserves the right to request advance payment for:

• Cash on Delivery orders

• High-value orders

• Bulk purchases

• Orders from locations with a history of failed deliveries

• Any order requiring additional verification

Failure to complete the required advance payment within the specified time may result in automatic cancellation of the order.

6. Advance Payment Policy

Where applicable, customers must submit the requested advance payment before order processing begins.

The PKR 300 advance payment collected for COD verification is non-refundable in cases where:

• The customer voluntarily cancels the order after confirmation.

• The customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery.

• The courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect customer information.

• The order is returned because the customer is unavailable or unreachable.

However, the advance payment will be refunded if:

• Bin Sharry cancels the order.

• The ordered product is unavailable.

• Bin Sharry is unable to fulfill the order for any reason.

By placing an order with Bin Sharry, customers acknowledge and agree to this advance payment requirement where applicable.
